You may note a nearly euphoric feeling when you have just ended working out and with this comes optimism. This can give you self-confidence if you are starting to feel stressed out, in particular if you make a conscious decision to ground yourself to that feeling when you have it.

Stress can have a terrible effect on your life if you permit it and by exercising you can regain control of your mental well being.
